Maybe you finally made the big leap and bought a Mac, or maybe you decided you want everyone you email to see your fancy new logo. But, how do you add your logo to your Mac Mail Signature. The following is a short tutorial I wrote for a client to keep on hand as a little cheat sheet when he needed it. Add an image link to Mac Mail. • Open Mac Mail • Open Preferences • Click on signatures and click the plus sign to create a new signature • Type in the text you would like to be a part of your signature • Open a new finder window and locate the image you would like to use • Drag the image from the finder window into the signature panel where you would like the image to appear • To create a hyperlink from the image, select the image and with the image selected, go to edit, add link, and enter the link url into the box.

I recommend creating it in an email message then copying it to the signature dialog. You'll have more editing features available. Or, since its already created, you could edit the file directly. For best results, edit the image using an image editor then insert it once its sized correctly.
