Thanks for your response. As previously mentioned, I am trying to edit my Quick Access Toolbar and there doesn't appear to be a way to do it in my 2016 MAC version of Office. I have already explored all of the menu choices in the MAC version of Outlook Preferences and do not see an 'Options' category in any of the icons shown in the picture below. Also, the term does not appear anywhere in any of the dropdown choices in the menu bar. As I previously mentioned, shouldn't there also be an icon next to the Printer icon on the Quick Access Toolbar that would access the toolbar edit functions?
